The Burnsville Savage Lions Club donated $2000 of greatly needed hygiene and household products to two local food shelves. Mission Outpost in Burnsville and The Open Door Food Pantry in Eagan each provided a list of their most urgent needs. The Lions spent a fun evening shopping for these highly needed items, and we even had a few people ask us about our shopping carts full of soap, toilet paper, toothpaste and diapers!

Mission Outpost provides food, clothing, linens, household items, hygiene items, and other community resources. The Open Door Food Pantry is a hunger relief organization serving more than 15,000 Dakota County residents each month, and distributing over 3 million pounds of food annually.
